payment

methods of payment,
– Payment is via PayPal only.
– A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.
– If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).
– In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).
– Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.

rights

– Commissions are for personal use only.
– Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit.
– I own all rights to the artwork.
– Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.
– I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise.
– I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.
– I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.

editing

– Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork.
– Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.
– Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.
– Once the finalised artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work. No physical product will be delivered.
– Please make sure to give credit if reposting/sharing on social media @mushybar

extra

– Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.
– Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished.
– Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees.
– Please give me at most two (2) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises.
– I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient.
– You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, lineart, and final check phases.
– Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined.
– Reposting and sharing the artwork is fine, but please give credit @mushybar(TOS heavily inspired by viviitartt)
